Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required to cancel a session without being charged and must be rescheduled within 7 days to be regained. This ensures accountability and integrity which goes both ways for the client and trainer.
Athena has a 90% return rate with all her clients and she's been training householders and celebrities for more than 3 decades.
Personal LiteBody Fitness Training One on One $350.00 an hour.
This training fee is where an individual is put on a health and wellness program to reboot their body, mind and spirit. This session includes food coaching and exercise training that lasts 60min.
Packages are available for long term goals.
All sessions last 60 min. This includes before and after pictures, weigh in and out, measurements, a journal and 20 sessions of physical exercise in one month!
